Brett Hundley

AvE Ambassador

Brett Hundley Jr. is an American professional football athlete who plays quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals. Football is not all that defines Brett. Among many other great qualities, Brett also wears his heart on his sleeve when it comes to raising awareness and funds to help find a cure for epilepsy. Since 2011, Brett has been involved with many charitable epilepsy organizations and fundraisers. He was directly inspired to fight epilepsy and help to find a cure to help his sister Paris Hundley, who battles with epilepsy. Brett first became involved through the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles' "END epilepsy" campaign during his time in college while attending UCLA. Since graduating, he has taken a more hands-on approach to finding a cure. Brett just teamed up with the Epilepsy Foundation to become a National Ambassador for the Athletes vs Epilepsy Initiative. Although Brett has had to witness his sister live with seizures since the age of 11, Paris has been seizure-free for more than 3-1/2 years. Brett wishes to continue to see his sister thrive. He also hopes that all people living with epilepsy will have a similar chance to live seizure-free. Brett believes that his experience and knowledge gained through his sister, organizations and charitable work, he is prepared to tackle epilepsy as an #AthletesvsEpilepsy Ambassador and help create more success stories like his sister Paris'.
